Ok so this weekend was interesting.  My friends ended up going out to buffalo wild wings on friday night and I went with them.  That was decently difficult not to take all the free onion rings and wings offered but just had to say no.  So it's a test of willpower if you go out early make sure that you can say no to just one onion ring/wing/bite/whatever.
Saturday was actually pretty tough work was slow so I had lots of down time to contemplate eating as well as friends asking if I wanted to go for lunch.  Had some sage, rosemary, garlic, onion chicken and it was quite delicous.  It kind of sucks that I have to cook everything before I get to work and either eat it cold or microwave it but food hasn't been to bad at all.   Once I got off work it actually got better.  Met up with some friends, no food involved, had a good time drank some water went  home.

While doing this I've actually found it incredibly difficult to go to sleep.  I'm not sure if it's because I'm hungry  when I'm trying to sleep or if I'm just full of a lot more energy and I'm not burning it off properly by not working out or walking enough.  I'll see how it goes and start walking more and probably get back into doing some yoga/light work outs.

Well the second day was a little more difficult even though I was able to eat some protein today.  Just felt hungry after about 8pm, just had my last snack an apple at 9pm.  Going out tonight lets see how not eating and not drinking goes.  Had some delicious chicken for lunch and dinner today, lemon ginger chicken, didn't even over cook it.  Very basic and simple to do took about 20 minutes to bake.  Well looking forward to weighing myself tomorrow and seeing how this is effecting me.

Alright so the first day of the actual diet.  It started off pretty crappy, bought some frozen chicken to cook and didn't thaw it and it didn't cook in time for me to take it to work.  Was able to bring a coulple apples, bag of celery, and some strawberries to subsist on. It actually wasn't to bad until my cubemates brought in some fried chicken wings.  That was definitely hard to resist their offers of " would you like some" but I did and ate an apple.  I'm actually a little worried for day 3 I figured day one is easy because you haven't changed enough, day two you are still living off the loading, day three is going to get you though.  I have that feeling.  So far it's been pretty easy and I haven't even had a meal today. So it's looking good...

So second day went pretty well, still able to eat what I want.  Went to pockets for lunch/breakfast which is my favorite place to eat.  Definitely check out pockets if you actually have one near you.  It sucks since they closed a lot of the locations out in the suburbs.  Then had a Italian cal-zone with ranch for dinner.  I'm realizing I don't actually eat very much and I overeat when I do, probably not healthy.

Went shopping for food.  Got some frozen talapia filets that cook well in the toaster over, a bag of spinish, some organes, a thing of strawberries.  Will see how this goes tomorrow and see what I want to pick up for food the next day.

We shall see...

Here it is, the guys at Sculpt noticed that I wasn't looking my best.  It's been hard I used to work out, did the p90x thing did martial arts, but it's hard once you have a job where you sit around work 10 hours days sitting on your butt to keep in shape.  Eating right also became a problem, everyone in the office would always order out. We would get Chinese, Harolds chicken, pizza nothing healthy would even come up in the discussion.  So they let me know about hCG.  Figured it's a good way to start changing my diet shed a bunch of weight and start the process of getting back into shape and start living healthy.

Did some research on hCG definitely has both it supporters and detractors but on Anna's advice and counsel decided to go ahead try for myself and blog about my trials and tribulations.

My current weight is 218lbs I am 5 ft 11 I hope to lose about 15lbs doing this and have been told I can lose much more.  Anna will provide the rest of the initial measurements and the rest along the way.

First day: The nasal spray because I am terrified of needles.  Spray is odderless and as easy to administer as you can imagine.  The loading part is great.
I had portiollos for breakfast/lunch: two hogdogs chicgao style, large fry, slice of chocolate cake.
Dinner was panera: Cuban chicken sandwich and bag of potato chips.
I hear it gets harder after this but we will see.
