Well it's been awhile since I've posted on here.  It mainly because I've been off eating cookies.  Not really the diet has been going quite well actually.  Saturday was excellent ate some delicious lemon swordfish steaks and balsamic vinegar spinach salad.  Then Sunday cheated a little on the super bowl since I couldn't drink.  Had Hamburgers stuffed with blue cheese which my roommate made and were absolutely fantastic.  Monday and tuesday were eating a lot of strawberries since the store was running a 3/$5 deal on 1lbs of them.  Was cooking some shrimp and bringing it to work with me which works out quite well when I have to eat at my desk. 

The cravings for donuts haven't subsided, probably because I'm craving carbs, but they aren't unbearable.  I haven't been hungry at all this week and actually need to drink more water.  Didn't get a chance to weigh myself or get measured because Anna locked herself out of sculpt when I showed up. So I will have to wait for the weekend for that.  Otherwise everything is going well, not hungry, eating great food, feeling good, working out.

Well I did some cheating in the last couple days.  Anna showed me this light rye cracker that has 20 calories and like 4g of cards.  You did it in cottage cheese and it's actually quite delicious.  So had that snack and some cheese the last two days after having crazy craving for donuts for some reason.  Don't know why almost never eat donuts, maybe it's because I live next door to a dunkin donuts.  Everything else has been going well been sleeping better and started a light workout program.  Don't have a lot of energy in the morning but definitely keep my energy better during the day and nights.  Today has some swordfish and a spinach salad with balsamic vinaigrette.  Getting kind of sick of apples and strawberries though.  Wish there were more options for snacks.  Otherwise everything has been going good.  Weighed myself today and was at 207 so getting closer to my weight goal.

It's actually gotten to the point where I'm just not hungry anymore.  Which is great!  Monday I did cheat a little with some cottage cheese mostly because I didn't feel good and didn't really want to cook but I did weigh myself.  I started at 218 and on monday morning weighed in at 209.5lbs.  So lost 9lbs in a week which is pretty impressive.  Tuesday was very easy no cheating and followed the diet to the letter.  Didn't feel hungy or the need to cheat at all.  So I am hoping that my body is actually getting used to not being a glutton and eating any time I'm slightly bored.  The insomnia thing has continued though the last three or four nights haven't been able to get to bed till around 4am.  I still haven't started walking or working out but plan on starting a 10 minute workout program before work to burn off some energy.
